Completing map objectives builds Atlas progress and earns passive points that let you shape endgame rewards.
WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Atlas map completion
Atlas maps, unlocked after Act X and opened through the Map Device.
Before you go
- Finish Act X and unlock the Atlas and Map Device.
- Keep maps whose bonus objectives are incomplete.
- Use a build that can handle the map's modifiers.
Farming steps
- After Act X, speak with Kirac and open the Atlas.
- Check the Atlas for maps with incomplete bonus objectives.
- Select an incomplete map and read its modifiers before opening it.
- Adjust the map's rarity or modifiers only to a difficulty your character can handle.
- Enter through the Map Device and clear the map, including its natural boss.
- Return to the Atlas and confirm the objective registered.
- Spend earned passive points on map sustain or a mechanic you plan to run.
- A map's bonus objective depends on its tier and rarity; check the objective shown on the Atlas.
- Avoid rolling modifiers that disable your main defenses or damage.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat with maps that still have incomplete bonus objectives; Atlas completion is a limited progression track, while mapping itself remains repeatable.
Common mistakes
- Running a map without checking its objective; verify the Atlas entry first.
- Over-rolling a map into a dangerous setup; lower its difficulty or choose another map.
- Spending passives without a farming goal; choose a mechanic or sustain need before allocating.
When to stop or switch
Switch to your chosen Atlas farming mechanic when the remaining objectives are too difficult or your Atlas passive setup supports the next goal.
