Farming steps
- Open the current crafting search or Fishing information and confirm the net recipe and skill requirements for your Build 42 version.
- Gather only materials and recipe knowledge shown in-game; do not rely on a recipe remembered from another patch.
- Choose accessible water near a safe route back to base and check that the game allows placement there.
- Craft and deploy the net using the interaction available in your save.
- Mark the location and include net checks in a regular water or farm supply trip.
- Collect any catch shown by the net and inspect the gear for damage or need of replacement.
- Process or preserve fish promptly, then replenish materials if you plan to maintain the net.
- Net fishing is a distinct equipment goal from actively managing a rod and line; it still requires periodic checks.

Repeat, collect and use
