WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Uncleared Chaos missions for progression, followed by a manageable repeat stage for equipment.
Chaos progression gives you two reasons to clear missions: open more of the board and collect gear for the jobs you use. A first-time stage can offer a limited reward, while later runs are for repeatable drops and the displayed clear payout. Keep advancing through accessible missions, then replay a route only when its recurring rewards or ordinary gear remain useful.
Complete the main story and unlock Chaos difficulty.
Choose two active jobs whose gear you want to improve.
Inspect mission level and rewards before committing to a run.
Open the Chaos board and identify an uncleared mission you can complete.
Check its first-clear reward and recurring reward panel against your current goal.
Equip usable gear for your two active jobs and enter the mission.
Complete the stage and claim its first-clear reward if this is your first run.
Review equipment drops and equip pieces that improve level or useful affinity.
After clearing the available progression targets, select a repeatable mission with relevant gear or crystal rewards.
Return to the mission board when the current route no longer improves equipment or progression.
Farming tips
First-clear rewards do not refresh; choose a new uncleared mission when that limited payout matters.
Favor improvements for the jobs you actually play instead of spreading every drop across unused sets.
Repeat, collect and use
Mission clears and ordinary equipment drops can be farmed again. The stage’s first-clear bonus is one-time; further runs should be chosen for recurring rewards or useful drops.
Common mistakes
Repeating a stage for a first-clear reward already claimed; target a different uncleared stage for that bonus.
Replacing a build piece only because its level is higher; check affinity and practical combat value too.
Treating every Chaos mission as equally safe; use the displayed level and your clear experience to choose.
When to stop or switch
Stop progressing the board when the next stage is beyond your current gear. Farm a manageable mission until drops improve the active jobs, then continue.
