WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Light of Possibility on the Chaos board, when unlocked; otherwise use an accessible boss mission with equipment rewards.
Light of Possibility is a boss-oriented Chaos mission players may use while improving gear, but its availability and difficulty depend on progression. Check that it is on your board before planning around it. The mission’s displayed rewards and the items you receive determine whether a run is worthwhile; ordinary drops can recur, while an initial clear bonus cannot.
Have Light of Possibility available, or select another accessible boss mission.
Choose a mission level your current loadout can survive.
Open the Chaos mission list and check whether Light of Possibility is available.
Read its level and listed rewards; do not assume a specific item is guaranteed.
Equip a build that can handle the mission route and boss, including appropriate defenses.
Progress through the stage, using cubes as checkpoints if needed.
Defeat the boss and complete the mission to claim its rewards.
Inspect the resulting equipment for level and affinity improvements for your active jobs.
Repeat only if the stage remains manageable and its ordinary drops or listed rewards serve your current goal.
Farming tips
Use mission level as a real access and difficulty check; a boss route is not an efficient farm if it causes repeated failures.
If Light of Possibility is locked, the base Chaos crystal and gear loop works through other missions.
Repeat, collect and use
The mission can be replayed for ordinary drops and recurring clear rewards once unlocked. Its first-clear reward is limited to one completion.
Common mistakes
Assuming the mission is available immediately after the story; confirm its presence on the board.
Expecting a guaranteed gear piece; compare what drops and use listed rewards for planning.
Raising the boss mission’s level too aggressively; return to a safer route to improve equipment first.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the route becomes unreliable or its drops no longer improve your active jobs. Switch to a lower mission or a newly unlocked progression target.
