Where to farm
Production Terminal Victor and a nearby 380NM production line.
Produce the core type requested by the active Production Terminal and submit it through the terminal’s interaction. Purple Research Core 380NM is an early target with a listed recipe of copper wire and mechanical components. Core Composer automation becomes available later, so hand-place cores while that is the accessible method and automate only after unlocking the machine.

Read the active terminal tier and note which core type it currently requests.
For Research Core 380NM, assemble the listed inputs: four Copper Wire and six Mechanical Components per recipe entry.
Use the appropriate production machine or hand-craft method available to you.
Carry completed cores to the terminal and place them in the requested slot or interaction point.
Confirm that the terminal registers the cores and research progress advances.
Once Core Composer technology is unlocked, build it using the current recipe panel and connect the appropriate core supply.
Keep copper wire and mechanical components flowing to the composer, then check terminal progress before producing more.
Farming tips
The guide recommends manual placement initially; do not wait for a composer before starting an available research task.
Complete the elevator’s required bit progression alongside terminal research so new strata remain accessible.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the core production and terminal submission for each tier that requests cores. The terminal requirement is tier-specific; check its active panel each time.
Common mistakes
Making the wrong core color or tier: match the active terminal request.
Assuming a Core Composer is available immediately: hand-place cores until its technology unlocks.
Producing cores without enough input buffers: maintain copper wire and mechanical components before scaling.
When to stop or switch
Stop the current core run when the terminal’s requested count is complete; switch to its next active requirement or elevator progression.
