Clear a room and inspect the portal choices before selecting one. Choose the Dragon Lord option when you want to evaluate a curse. Read the offered curse and its difficulty before accepting it. Select a penalty that your build can manage; avoid escalating just for a larger bonus. Continue through the next encounter while collecting Crystal drops from enemies. Use later portal choices and room objectives to keep building your total. Spend the resulting Crystals on Blessings or a category statue in Loot of Chaos. Farming tips Curses can increase both Crystal amounts and the chance of Crystal drops from enemies, but the penalty affects the fight. Favor a manageable curse when your run is already strained; preserving a completion is better than a failed high-risk attempt. Repeat, collect and use Repeat whenever the Dragon Lord is offered in a Chamber run; the portal opportunity is not guaranteed each room.
