Use the Fayum Oasis area as your staging point and clear hag groups along the route available in your campaign. Hag’s Skin is an MI goal, so prioritize hags over unrelated enemies. Inspect each green armor drop by its base name and compare the affixes with your character’s needs before keeping it.
Before you go Reach Egypt and activate the Fayum Oasis rebirth fountain. Locate the hag groups on the connected campaign route. Bring enough area damage and defenses for repeated enemy packs. Keep inventory space for green armor drops. Travel to the Fayum Oasis fountain and take the gate route toward the hag area. Follow the open campaign path until you encounter hag groups; do not divert into unrelated camps unless they block the route. Defeat each group and check green armor for the Hag’s Skin base. Keep pieces with useful affixes, and sell or stash other drops after clearing the route. Return to the rebirth fountain or town to reset the route as your session permits. Run the same hag section again if the target remains useful. Farming tips Verify the base name before judging a drop; green color alone does not mean it is Hag’s Skin. If your build struggles against packs, pull enemies in smaller groups and use the fountain as a safe reset point. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable through area resets or a fresh session. Hags can drop their MI, but the target and desirable affixes are not guaranteed.
Common mistakes Farming general Egypt enemies for a hag-specific item: spend the run on the matching hag groups. Keeping every green item without checking the base: compare names and stats, then clear inventory. Continuing after the item level is obsolete: move to a more relevant farm once upgrades no longer improve the build. When to stop or switch Stop when a Hag’s Skin with useful affixes fills the slot, the character has outgrown the zone, or the route is no longer efficient.
