Mine Quartz Quarry nodes and take the material home for processing and storage. Dunley also contains other Quartz sources, but the Quarry is the named destination for a dedicated run. Gather only what you can carry safely, and use servant hunts as a delayed supplement after discovering the site.

Bring a suitable mining weapon and space for Quartz. Have the relevant castle processing station available before planning to turn Quartz into Glass. Travel to Quartz Quarry and inspect the area before approaching the exposed nodes. Deal with nearby threats that would interrupt mining, keeping an exit route open. Mine the visible Quartz deposits and collect the material as you work through the site. Check adjacent parts of the Quarry for remaining nodes before leaving; do not assume one pass reveals every deposit. Return to your castle when your load is sufficient or the area becomes unsafe. Store Quartz for glass processing and for recipes that become available through progression. Once the location is fully discovered, consider assigning a servant hunt there when you want passive Quarry loot. Farming tips Quartz nodes also occur in Dunley beyond the Quarry, so gather incidental deposits when they fit your travel route. A Quarry servant hunt is a separate, delayed source; it does not replace the immediate collection trip when you need material now. Repeat, collect and use Return for more Quartz as needed; regional resources respawn. Process and store the haul according to the current recipes you have unlocked.
Common mistakes Leaving without checking the processing goal: decide how much Quartz to reserve for Glass and other unlocked recipes. Fighting around nodes with no escape path: clear a manageable area and retreat if enemies overwhelm it. Expecting a servant hunt to produce a guaranteed amount: returns vary with the hunt and servant. When to stop or switch Stop when you have enough Quartz for your next glass or crafting objective, then shift to another Dunley resource or progression target.
