Where to farm
Eriu equipment advancement interface, Unjust Cathedral, and the Eriu Seal Shop.
Eriu gear improves through advancement rather than the ordinary enhancement process. The advancement interface lists the exact material set for each equipment slot and grade; use that list as the shopping plan. Unjust Cathedral provides chance-based material attempts, while Eriu Seals from eligible missions offer a shop route. Some advancement stones require Artisan-level expertise crafting, so check that requirement before treating a stone as a direct raid drop.
Access to Unjust Cathedral for raid material attempts.
Access to missions that award Eriu Seals, or the required expertise for crafting a listed stone.
Alt-right-click the Eriu item and open Equipment Advancement to see its current grade and requirements.
Record the missing stones, fragments, crystals, elixirs, or other materials for that specific item.
Run Unjust Cathedral for a chance at the materials listed as raid sources.
Complete relevant weekly or monthly missions and collect Eriu Seals when offered.
Inspect the Eriu Seal Shop for exchanges matching the missing materials; avoid spending seals on unrelated items.
For a crafted stone, verify the recipe and Artisan expertise requirement, then craft it or arrange an eligible player craft.
Return to the advancement screen and advance once the entire required set is present.
Farming tips
Advancement has a 100% success chance when the required materials are available; save resources for the listed inputs rather than enhancement attempts.
Shared equipment cannot be advanced by its recipient, so make the advancement on the eligible character.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat raid clears and eligible missions while materials remain missing. Mission seal payouts are limited by their mission cycle; crafting is repeatable only when recipe inputs and expertise are available.
Common mistakes
Farming before checking the item slot and grade: requirements vary, so inspect the exact advancement screen.
Assuming every stone drops directly: some stones are crafted with Artisan-level expertise.
Trying to advance shared equipment as a recipient: use the character permitted to perform the advancement.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the item reaches the grade you planned for or the next advancement cost is no longer the priority. Switch to another item if its materials can be collected more efficiently with the same raids or seals.
