Where to farm
The relevant Weaponsmithing, Goldsmithing, Armorsmithing, or Tailoring crafting interface for the selected Uaithne slot.
Uaithne advancement stones are produced through slot-specific crafting recipes rather than a single universal stone route. The equipment advancement guide lists different expertise recipes for weapons and armor pieces, and requires Artisan-level expertise. Before collecting inputs, identify the exact stone name on the item’s advancement panel and confirm the corresponding recipe scroll. The supporting material loop then combines raid sources, essence or seal collection, and crafting into a usable advancement item.

Artisan-level expertise in the required craft, personally or through eligible player crafting.
Alt-right-click the Uaithne equipment and open Equipment Advancement.
Record the exact advancement stone name and slot shown as missing.
Check which expertise and recipe scroll create that stone; weapon and armor routes differ.
Gather recipe inputs from their listed sources, including the matching raid, essence, or seal exchange where applicable.
Confirm the required Artisan expertise and scroll are available before consuming scarce inputs.
Craft the stone through the corresponding expertise interface or arrange an eligible player craft.
Return to the equipment advancement panel, combine the stone with all other listed inputs, and advance.
Farming tips
Artisan expertise requires prior proficiency progression and the High Expertise Artisan advancement process.
Advancement succeeds once its material list is complete; the uncertainty lies in gathering ingredients, not the advance action.
Repeat, collect and use
Crafting can be repeated when recipe materials and expertise access are available. Expertise progression and recipe scroll acquisition are setup requirements, not a repeatable stone drop.
Common mistakes
Crafting a stone for a different slot: copy the exact name from the item panel.
Assuming Professional expertise is sufficient: the listed Uaithne recipes require Artisan level.
Farming inputs before checking the recipe: confirm scroll, expertise, and ingredients first.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the required stone is crafted and the equipment advancement panel is ready. If another slot needs a different stone, switch to its matching expertise recipe and input route.
