Farm weapons at a Toussaint Hanse base

A Blood and Wine loot loop for building a saleable weapon stock while keeping a Toussaint location repeatable.

PC / Global, Complete Edition with Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine
WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Hanse base castles in Toussaint; leave the tower leader alive. The particular base’s location and enemy level depend on which one you encounter.

A Hanse base holds a large bandit group and a leader whose defeat completes that location. If you are ready to farm, clear the surrounding bandits, collect their weapons, and leave the leader alive. Leaving and returning can restore the bandits, giving you another chance at loot. This is a conditional, one-location loop: killing the leader ends the repeat opportunity at that base. Sell the surplus in Beauclair and use the proceeds for the gear or materials you need.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Own Blood and Wine and reach Toussaint.
  • Be equipped to handle the bandits at the selected base.
  • Have space for weapon drops and a Beauclair buyer in mind.
  1. Choose a Hanse base and identify its leader before attacking the camp.
  2. Clear the ordinary bandits around the base while keeping the leader out of the fight.
  3. Loot weapons from the defeated bandits and check your inventory before continuing.
  4. Leave the area without killing the leader, then travel away from the base.
  5. Return and check whether the bandit group has respawned.
  6. Clear and loot the ordinary bandits again if they have returned.
  7. Travel to Beauclair, sell surplus weapons, and spend the crowns on your current upgrade plan.

Farming tips

  • Keep the leader’s position in mind during combat; avoid stray attacks or area damage that could finish him.
  • Make a selling trip before carrying weight becomes a problem, and retain only equipment you intend to use.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat the clear, leave, return, and loot cycle while the leader remains alive. This is a limited loop tied to that base; defeating its leader completes the location and ends its repeatable bandit spawns.

Common mistakes

  • Do not kill the leader while trying to clear the camp; leave him alive to preserve the loop.
  • Do not assume every Hanse base has identical enemies or level; prepare for the camp you selected.
  • Do not leave with a full inventory and expect to collect another full load; sell surplus weapons in Beauclair.

When to stop or switch

Stop when you have enough crowns for your next planned purchase, or when you are ready to complete the base by defeating its leader.
