WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Open-world profession treasure locations across Midnight zones in Quel’Thalas.
Visit the profession treasure locations for the corresponding Midnight gathering profession and claim only those you have not yet collected. This is a character progression sweep, not a repeatable material farm: each treasure provides knowledge once per character and requires the matching profession.
Before you go Learn the matching Midnight gathering profession; listed treasures require that profession. Access to the Midnight zones containing unclaimed treasures. A list of profession-specific treasure locations to plan travel. Choose the gathering profession whose specialization you want to advance. Open the profession treasure location list and identify its unclaimed treasure sites. Travel to the first listed site in an accessible Midnight zone. Locate and loot the profession treasure, then confirm the knowledge reward. Continue to each unclaimed site for the same profession, collecting each treasure once. Open the profession journal and spend the points on a specialization that supports your gathering goal. Farming tips The matching profession is required to collect its treasures; learn it before making the sweep. Mark claimed locations as complete so you do not repeat a one-time trip. Repeat, collect and use Each treasure is collectible once per character. The sweep cannot be repeated for more knowledge after the locations are claimed.
Common mistakes Traveling to a treasure without the matching profession can prevent collection; learn the profession first. Treating treasures as weekly resets wastes time; they are one-time character rewards. Visiting every profession’s sites when you only need one can add unnecessary travel; target your chosen profession. When to stop or switch Stop when all desired treasures for that character and profession are claimed; continue progression through weekly knowledge sources afterward.
