Where to farm
Eligible Midnight zone events and the Great Vault tracker; the Vault itself is in Silvermoon bank.
Complete an eligible Midnight zone event and confirm the contribution in the Great Vault tracker. The activity can serve as an alternative to Delves or Prey when its schedule and objectives suit your character. The tracker shows remaining progress; a completed event does not itself award the Vault item.
Reach the relevant Midnight zone and unlock its available weekly activities.
A character able to complete the event objectives.
Access to the Great Vault tracker to verify credit.
Open the zone map and identify an available event or weekly activity that lists progress toward the Great Vault.
Travel to the event area and read the active objectives.
Complete the required event tasks, including participation steps shown on screen.
Claim the event completion reward if one appears.
Open the Vault tracker and verify whether the activity added the intended credit.
Repeat another eligible event only if you still need weekly progress.
Farming tips
Check the Vault tracker after the event instead of assuming the activity counted toward your chosen threshold.
Pair the event with a weekly quest when both are available and fit your goals, but verify their rewards separately.
Repeat, collect and use
Eligible events can recur, but Great Vault activity credit is tracked weekly. The Vault reward is collected after weekly reset, not at event completion.
Common mistakes
Treating event completion as an immediate Vault reward confuses credit with the weekly claim; return after reset.
Assuming every zone activity contributes equally can disrupt planning; check the listed activity and tracker.
Continuing events after the desired threshold without another reason adds no needed Vault progress; inspect the tracker.
When to stop or switch
Stop once your intended Vault threshold is reached or when no suitable event is active; collect the reward from the Silvermoon Vault after reset.
