WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Forgery Challenge nodes shown in the map or activity Guidebook.
Forgery Challenges provide weapon and Forte upgrade materials through separate stage rewards. Use the activity menu to match a Resonator’s planned upgrade to the specific material shown in the challenge preview. Clear the stage, spend Waveplates to claim, then check the upgrade screen before repeating. This method works for specific material families; the stage’s live reward listing is the reliable selector for the edition and account progression in play.
Unlock the region and Forgery Challenge stage that contains the desired material.
Have Waveplates available for claims.
Identify the weapon or Forte material missing from the target upgrade screen.
Bring a team that can clear the selected difficulty.
Open the map Guidebook or Forgery Challenge menu and browse the available stages.
Select the weapon or Forte material family required by the intended Resonator or weapon.
Read the stage reward preview and verify the exact material tier before entering.
Clear the challenge encounter and fulfill its displayed completion conditions.
Claim the reward with Waveplates.
Check inventory and compare it with the target upgrade requirement; synthesize only when a listed recipe supports the needed tier.
Repeat the same stage while that material remains a bottleneck, or select another stage if the requirement changes.
Farming tips
Different Forgery stages serve different material types; a stage name alone is not enough to confirm it fits your target.
Use the highest difficulty your team can clear consistently when it lists the tier you need.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable with Waveplates. Use another Forgery stage when the target material family changes.
Common mistakes
Entering before checking the reward: verify the exact required item in the preview.
Using a stage for the wrong equipment or Forte family: match against the live upgrade screen.
Overfarming a lower tier: use synthesis only after checking the recipe and amount required.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the planned weapon or Forte upgrades have the required materials, or switch to another activity if a different component now blocks progress.
