Crafting progression through Gear materials

A practical material-gathering loop for advancing a specific gear craft without wasting daily Rice.

Global English mobile/PC client; current October 2026 events
WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Gear recipe interface, Lathel’s Search in Story Packs 7–9, and the relevant Hunting Ground for any remaining shortage.

Gear crafting draws on field materials, Hunting Ground drops, gold, and ability resources. Make the recipe your farming checklist: gather daily Search finds in the chapter associated with the material, then use a named Hunting Ground only for the remaining shortage. Chapters 7 and 8 are ore Search targets, Chapter 9 is the wood target, and Lizardman Altar and Mountain Keeper’s Shelter are named ore and hardwood Hunting Grounds. Rice still competes with gold and Slime farming.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Unlock the story pack field or Hunting Ground that contains the target material.
  • Have Lathel’s Search for field gathering; Celia’s Absorption helps collect finds.
  • Have Cooked Rice if you need additional Hunting Ground runs.
  • Have a specific gear recipe or craft goal.
  1. Open the intended gear recipe and list its missing materials and gold cost.
  2. Visit Chapter 7 and 8 fields for daily ore Search finds, or Chapter 9 for wood.
  3. Activate Lathel’s Search and collect revealed finds, using Celia’s Absorption as needed.
  4. Recheck the recipe and calculate which material remains short.
  5. For ore, check Lizardman Altar; for hardwood, check Mountain Keeper’s Shelter.
  6. Confirm the needed material in the client reward preview and clear the chosen boss to unlock Hunt Request.
  7. Spend Rice on the remaining shortage, then return to the recipe and craft when all requirements are met.

Farming tips

  • Collect daily Search materials before using Rice; field gathering and Hunting Grounds are separate routes.
  • Use the current gold or Slime bonus when deciding whether to delay a non-urgent material farm.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat Search when daily finds are available. Hunting Ground farming can be repeated with Rice after the chosen difficulty’s boss clear; crafting consumes materials and is not itself a farm.

Common mistakes

  • Farming without a recipe target: list exact shortages first.
  • Spending Rice before daily field gathering: Search the relevant chapters first.
  • Assuming a named target guarantees every material: verify the current reward preview.

When to stop or switch

Stop gathering a material once the recipe is supplied; switch to the next missing component or return Rice to boosted gold or Slimes.
