WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Crown of Sand story map, fighting common enemies with the target Blood Code and unmastered Gifts equipped.

Use Crown of Sand common enemies to work on unmastered Gifts while collecting any Awake MJ310 they drop. Gift mastery can progress through combat experience when eligible Gifts are equipped, while the Awake item provides a direct mastery resource. The exact drop is not guaranteed, so treat it as a bonus rather than a fixed payout. Equip the Blood Code and Gifts you want to develop before fighting; then check mastery progress at a Mistle or Home Base. When a Gift is mastered, inherit it if you want to use it under another compatible Blood Code. This route is useful when Crown of Sand enemies are appropriate for your current progression.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Reach Crown of Sand.
  • Equip a Blood Code with unmastered Gifts.
  • Equip the specific Gifts you intend to master before engaging enemies.
  • Carry enough healing to fight safely and return to a Mistle.
  1. Open the Blood Code menu and identify the Gifts that are not yet mastered.
  2. Equip the intended Blood Code and those Gifts before entering combat.
  3. Fight common Crown of Sand enemies, using eligible Gifts when their effects can contribute to combat.
  4. Defeat enemies and collect any Awake MJ310 drops rather than leaving them behind.
  5. Check the Gift’s mastery indicator after a group of fights.
  6. Use Awake MJ310 if you want to spend the direct mastery item on an eligible Gift.
  7. Return to a Mistle or Home Base to verify completion and inherit a mastered Gift when useful.

Farming tips

  • A drop is chance based; continue using the combat mastery loop even if no Awake item appears.
  • Keep the target Gifts equipped during combat, since merely owning a Gift does not progress it.

Repeat, collect and use

Combat mastery can be repeated while eligible enemies remain. Awake MJ310 drops are not guaranteed, and each direct-use item is consumed.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting every enemy to drop Awake MJ310: collect it when it appears, but do not plan around guaranteed drops.
  • Entering with a different Blood Code or Gift loadout: equip the target before fighting.
  • Spending Haze to learn an unlearned Gift and calling that mastery: learning and mastering are separate progression actions.

When to stop or switch

Stop once the desired Gifts show as mastered, or move to a suitable area if Crown of Sand enemies no longer provide useful mastery progress.
