Falconers provide an offline enemy-drop route for Sunlight Medals, which can be offered to advance Heirs of the Sun.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Things Betwixt, near the area entrance where Falconers are present in Scholar.
Falconers can drop Sunlight Medals, giving Scholar players an offline way to collect covenant rewards. This route uses Falconers near the entrance to Things Betwixt: clear those enemies, collect any medals, then return to the bonfire to reset the run. A medal is not guaranteed for each kill, so expect to repeat the route. Join Heirs of the Sun before offering your medals, then take the collected items to the covenant altar when you are ready to advance its rank. Falconer placement can vary with game cycle, so check the entrance area in your current playthrough before beginning the loop.
Reach Things Betwixt and check that the entrance-area Falconers are present in your current cycle.
Join the Heirs of the Sun covenant before offering medals.
Optional item-discovery equipment and gear that lets you defeat the Falconers safely.
Travel to the Things Betwixt bonfire and check the route toward the area entrance for Falconers.
Rest, then equip item-discovery gear if you have it and can keep the route manageable.
Approach the Falconers one at a time where possible to limit incoming attacks.
Defeat the Falconers along the accessible entrance route and collect any dropped items.
Check your inventory for Sunlight Medals rather than assuming a kill produced one.
Return to the bonfire and rest to restore the enemies while they still respawn.
Repeat the clear and collection loop; when you have enough medals, visit the Heirs of the Sun altar and offer them.
Farming tips
Use item-discovery equipment if available, but keep enough defense to survive the route consistently.
Co-op can also award Sunlight Medals, so it is an alternative when the offline drops are slow or the Falconers are absent.
Repeat, collect and use
The Falconers can be killed repeatedly while they continue to respawn normally, but drops are random and repeated kills can eventually despawn enemies. An Ascetic raises the linked bonfire’s intensity permanently, so weigh the added difficulty before using one.
Common mistakes
Expecting every kill to yield a medal: check inventory after each clear and treat the drop as random.
Offering medals before joining Heirs of the Sun: join first so offerings count toward that covenant’s rank.
Assuming Falconers are always available at the entrance: verify their presence in the current cycle before committing to this route.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have enough medals for your desired covenant rank; switch to co-op or another available source if the Falconers are absent or have stopped respawning.
