When progressing through the Unmoored World, defeating the Purgener at a Pillar of Light yields a Wyrmslife Crystal reward. This is a story-scenario objective, not an indefinite farming loop: the world’s rest budget and progression pressure make optional wandering costly. Prioritize the pillar encounter when managing time, collect its reward, and spend the crystals later at the Dragonforged or toward final equipment enhancement.
Before you go Reach the Unmoored World through story progression. Have a party prepared for the Purgener fight. Plan rests carefully because the scenario has a constrained rest budget. Enter the Unmoored World and identify the Pillar of Light encounter that fits your current progression route. Travel to the pillar and engage the Purgener when the encounter is available. Defeat the Purgener and check the area for its Wyrmslife Crystal reward. Collect the crystals before leaving the encounter area. Continue to other priority pillars or story objectives while monitoring the world’s constraints. After the scenario allows, take the crystals to the Dragonforged for an exchange or reserve them for equipment enhancement. Farming tips Prioritize pillar objectives before optional exploration if you are managing limited rests. Do not plan an endless return loop; the encounter is part of scenario progression, and the research does not establish a repeat reset. Repeat, collect and use Limited scenario encounter.
