WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Victory chest at the end of a Chaos Expedition.
Shard packs come from map victory chests. A Chaos Expedition at your chosen tier awards a pack for that difficulty and another from a previous difficulty, so repeated clears build a collection across tiers. Packs contain shards to inspect, equip, upgrade, or process; the run does not guarantee a particular shard from the pool.
Before you go Unlock the Chaos tier whose shard pool you want. Have a build capable of completing Expeditions at that tier. Leave inventory space to collect and sort shard drops. Select an Expedition at the desired Chaos tier. Review the enemy schedule and build for the map before beginning. Complete all waves and open the victory chest. Collect the guaranteed pack for the selected Chaos difficulty and the additional pack from a previous difficulty. Open the packs and identify shards that fit your defenses or heroes. Equip useful shards in compatible gear slots, or upgrade them from inventory when appropriate. Repeat clears at the target tier while its shard pool remains valuable. Farming tips Shard packs give random items from a difficulty pool, so a specific shard may take multiple openings. Shards can be moved between compatible gear and upgraded through the inventory interface. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable while the tier remains accessible and useful. Each Expedition victory chest can provide another tier pack plus a previous-difficulty pack.
Common mistakes Expecting a chosen shard from a pack; plan around a random pool and continue only if more pool rolls are useful. Treating the extra pack as belonging to the same tier every time; check the reward details because it can come from any previous difficulty. When to stop or switch Stop farming when you have the shards needed for your build or when another activity better serves your current progression goal.
