WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Operations menu > Firestorm Rescue; the briefing marks the burning station and hull objectives.
Firestorm Rescue is a ship-only Operation at a burning station. The station temperature rises during the scenario, and the objective can fail if heat becomes too high. The route therefore balances passenger rescue with dealing with environmental jammers on the station hull, whose destruction temporarily lowers the temperature. A dedicated rescue ship such as the Lynx is suited to the passenger work. Do not waste time on furnace interactions: the operation guide notes that limpet hacking is too slow for this objective. Read the operation panel and result screen for current conditions and actual rewards.
Odyssey Operation access and Firestorm Rescue available.
A passenger-capable ship; a dedicated rescue fit is useful.
Weapons or tools appropriate to the jammer objective described in the briefing.
A difficulty and ship setup suitable for completing the rescue under heat pressure.
Select Firestorm Rescue and review passenger, heat and jammer objectives before departure.
Equip a rescue ship and passenger capacity appropriate to the scenario; the Lynx is a recommended rescue platform.
Travel to the burning station and check the active heat state and objective markers.
Locate and destroy the environmental jammers on the station hull when the operation calls for them.
Use the temporary heat reduction to continue the rescue objective while monitoring the station temperature.
Complete the listed passenger evacuations and any remaining operation tasks before heat reaches the failure condition.
Return to the completion panel and record the rewards actually granted.
Farming tips
Prioritize jammer destruction when heat pressure is active; it temporarily lowers temperature.
Avoid the furnace and slow limpet-hacking approach for this scenario; focus on the objective that affects heat.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat whenever Firestorm Rescue appears in Operations. Passenger rescue and jammer objectives recur, but payout varies by difficulty, repeat status and current weekly conditions; confirm each result.
Common mistakes
Ignoring the heat gauge while collecting passengers; destroy the marked jammers to buy temporary relief.
Using a general cargo ship without passenger capacity; fit for rescue before launching.
Trying slow limpet hacking at furnaces; follow the jammer objective instead.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the completion panel confirms the operation, or leave the run if the heat objective is already unrecoverable and re-evaluate the ship and route.
