WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Map → Public Event marker → active Public Event; Tinker’s workbench for spending Modules.

Public Events are a broad, repeatable source of Legendary Modules in the current reward system. Join through the Public Event map icon, complete the objective, and inspect the reward bundle after the event ends. The live activity rules list Modules among Public Event rewards, but event-specific payouts and participation conditions can differ; use the completion display rather than planning around a guaranteed quantity. Modules are used at the Tinker’s workbench when crafting learned Legendary mods.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • A Public Event listed on the map.
  • A combat loadout and supplies appropriate to the event objective.
  • Carry or storage capacity for rewards and materials.
  1. Open the map and identify a Public Event with its distinct icon.
  2. Read the event name and objective, then join through the marker.
  3. Follow the on-screen objective from start to finish, contributing to the activity rather than arriving after completion.
  4. Handle the event’s specific mechanics, such as protecting targets or defeating a final enemy, as prompted.
  5. Wait for the completion notification and open the reward display.
  6. Collect any Legendary Modules awarded and record the amount actually received.
  7. At a Tinker’s workbench, compare your Module balance with the recipe costs before crafting a learned mod.

Farming tips

  • Keep a buffer of Modules for the recipe you intend to craft; random event rewards may not match a precise target.
  • Public Events also provide other progression rewards, so choose events whose displayed objective and loot suit your session.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat on eligible Public Events as they appear; reward quantity depends on the event and completion outcome.

Common mistakes

  • Assuming every public event has the same payout; check its actual reward display.
  • Leaving before completion; finish the objective and claim rewards.
  • Trying to attach loose mods with Modules; Modules are used for learned recipe crafting at the Tinker’s workbench.

When to stop or switch

Stop the event loop when you have enough Modules for the planned recipe or when the available event no longer suits your goal.
