WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Locked farm boundary tiles and the farm expansion interface.
Choose expansion as a response to a real space constraint. The boundary interface shows the available plot and its current requirements; fulfill those conditions, then buy a plot that improves access to the production area you actually need. Expansion is a progression purchase, so compare its cost with your active goals.
Earn the progression currency or resources required by the selected boundary plot.
Inspect the plot’s current price and any displayed conditions.
Have a layout purpose for the new land, such as room for a needed crop or building.
Open the farm map or approach a locked boundary tile to view an adjacent expansion.
Read the listed cost and requirements for that specific plot.
Review active quests and the space your current production setup lacks.
Harvest ready goods and complete useful Town requests to build the required resources.
When the conditions are met, purchase the adjoining plot through the displayed interface.
Use the new land for the intended production area, leaving room for access and collection.
Reassess the next boundary only after the new space is in use.
Farming tips
Expand toward the land type or access your next production plan needs, based on the map and available build locations.
A new plot is most useful when it has a defined use; keep producing on existing land while saving.
Repeat, collect and use
Expansion is a limited purchase per available boundary plot; repeat only for additional plots whose displayed requirements you can meet.
Common mistakes
Saving for an expansion without checking its exact requirements; inspect the boundary first.
Buying land without a layout need; identify the intended crop, animal, pond, or building area.
Expecting expansion alone to unlock every item; check each item’s own level and resource conditions.
When to stop or switch
Pause expansion spending when the new plot solves your space problem or when the next plot’s cost would delay a more important active progression target.
