WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Farm plots covered by Water Sprite Statues after acquiring the statues and sufficient essence.
Treat statue watering as a trade between daily labor and essence. Hand watering builds farming essence, while Water Sprite Statues spend essence to automate watering. Place them where repeated watering takes time away from higher-priority work, but keep some manual care if you still want the farming essence progression. The useful setup depends on your crop area and current essence supply.
Planted plots within the statues’ working area and a plan for remaining hand-watering.
Check your active crop area and note which plots take the most daily watering time.
Confirm the essence cost and current supply before relying on the statues.
Place Water Sprite Statues to cover the plots you want automated.
Keep a smaller section available for hand watering if farming essence is still a goal.
Each morning, verify statue coverage and water any uncovered active tiles yourself.
Use the time saved for harvesting, requests, forage, fishing, or mine preparation.
Review essence stock and adjust coverage if automation competes with more important essence uses.
Farming tips
Automate the plots that meaningfully reduce your routine, rather than covering every tile by default.
Hand watering remains useful when farming essence progression matters.
Repeat, collect and use
The automation loop repeats while statues are placed and essence is available. Manual watering is always an alternative for uncovered plots or when conserving essence.
Common mistakes
Assuming a statue covers plots outside its area leaves crops unwatered; verify coverage after placement.
Spending all essence on automation can restrict other progression choices; monitor the reserve.
Removing all hand watering may sacrifice farming essence; retain manual plots if that progress is useful.
When to stop or switch
Reduce or stop automated coverage when essence becomes scarce or daily watering is manageable; resume it when the saved time is more valuable than the cost.
