Boss-focused Ether Tree branches support targeted farming for boss parts, keys, and named encounter rewards.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
The Prime Evil, Reaper, or Sung Lee branch in the Season 10 Ether Tree, followed by its associated boss encounter.
Pick a boss reward goal, then invest in the connected Ether Tree branch that affects that encounter. Boss branches are a setup for farming, not a reward by themselves: earn Ether Points, plan the route to the desired node, and then run the matching boss activity for its listed output.
Earn Ether Points through level progression and Hell-or-higher Ether Quests.
Unlock the relevant boss activity and meet its access requirements.
Identify the material or reward the boss can provide.
Plan the connected tree path before allocating points.
Choose the exact boss material, key, or reward you need.
Open the Adventure Journal or current in-game boss information and confirm the source encounter.
Inspect the Ether Tree branch for nodes affecting that boss or its associated activity.
Plan a connected route and include all path nodes in the point budget.
Allocate the selected nodes, then travel to the matching encounter.
Defeat the boss, collect the named output, and store it for its intended craft or progression use.
Repeat the encounter while the output advances your goal; reassess tree spending before adding more nodes.
Farming tips
Branch effects can alter encounter mechanics or rewards; read the node text in-game before committing.
A branch may contain tradeoffs, so check whether a selected node disables another reward you need.
Repeat, collect and use
Ether Tree node allocations are limited by available points and can be reset for gold under Season 10 rules; boss encounters may be repeatable, but individual rewards are not guaranteed.
Common mistakes
Spending points on a branch without a target: choose the material or mechanic first.
Assuming every node is a direct drop bonus: inspect the specific effect and its prerequisites.
Ignoring branch tradeoffs: avoid nodes that disable a reward required for your own goal.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the desired boss material or progression item is collected in the quantity you need. Switch branches only if your next target changes and the reset cost is justified.
