WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
A smelting and smithing work area with Crucible, Casting Mold, Small Furnace, Anvil, Blacksmith Hammer, and Grinding Wheel; sell at the Jeweller.
Turn a Gold Bar and a Cut Gem into a Ring when your stockpile contains both ingredients and you want a finished good for the Jeweller. The chain has separate preparation stages: smelt Gold Ore into a bar, use a Grinding Wheel to cut an uncut gem, set the Anvil recipe to Ring, then place the hot bar and cut gem into the recipe positions and strike with the Blacksmith Hammer before the bar cools. The Bridgepour smithing guide specifies one Gold Bar and one Cut Gem for a Ring. The finished Ring is sold through the Jeweller or can be retained as a crafted item; do not confuse this route with gold jewelry orders, which may have their own requested material and recipe. This is a batch-sized workshop activity, not another mine loop: it uses inputs already gathered and converts them into a specific crafted output.
An uncut gem and Grinding Wheel to make a Cut Gem.
Crucible, Casting Mold, Small Furnace, Anvil, and Blacksmith Hammer.
Access to the Jeweller if selling the finished Ring.
Decide how many Rings you want to make and reserve that many Gold Bars and Cut Gems before starting.
Smelt Gold Ore in a Crucible and pour the molten material into a Casting Mold to make a Gold Bar.
Grind an Uncut Gem on the Grinding Wheel to produce a Cut Gem; keep the cut stone separate from raw gems.
Set the Anvil recipe to Ring by cycling its recipe selection until the Ring display is active.
Heat one Gold Bar in the Small Furnace until it is hot, then carry it directly to the Anvil.
Place the hot Gold Bar and one Cut Gem into the Ring recipe positions shown on the Anvil.
Strike the Anvil with the Blacksmith Hammer while the bar is still hot to complete the Ring.
Take the finished Ring to the Jeweller for sale, or store it if it is reserved for a task or collection goal.
Farming tips
The documented Ring recipe is one Gold Bar plus one Cut Gem; do not use the two-bar Necklace arrangement by mistake.
Heat the bar immediately before smithing because it must remain hot for the hammer step.
If the Anvil recipe is unclear, cycle its selection and verify the Ring icon before setting down costly inputs.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat for each planned Ring using one Gold Bar and one Cut Gem. A batch is limited by prepared bars, cut gems, and the time each bar remains workable after heating.
Common mistakes
Putting an Uncut Gem on the Anvil instead of cutting it first.
Selecting Necklace or another Anvil recipe, which changes the ingredient slots.
Leaving the Gold Bar to cool before striking the Anvil.
Selling or using the prepared cut gem before reserving the planned Ring batch.
When to stop or switch
Stop after the planned Rings are crafted or when either prepared input runs out; return to smelting or gem cutting before another smithing batch.
