WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm The Bellroom lower route, reached from the nearby Vestige or Seedling by shifting to Umbral and descending the ladder that is absent in Axiom.
Umbral offers a Vigor bonus, but time spent there also increases threat. Use the Bellroom lower route as a brief outing: enter from a nearby reset point, clear the enemies you can handle, collect their Vigor, then return to Axiom or your checkpoint. The goal is to take advantage of the bonus without letting the sweep grow into a fight that risks the Vigor you have already earned.
Before you go Reach Bellroom and unlock the lower ladder through Umbral. Have a nearby Vestige or planted Seedling to make the return and reset manageable. Carry enough healing and combat resources for a short enemy sweep. Rest at the Bellroom Vestige or prepare at the nearby Seedling before entering Umbral. Use the lamp to cross into Umbral, then descend the ladder to the lower enemy area. Clear the nearest lesser enemies first, maintaining space and a clear path back. Collect each Vigor drop promptly instead of advancing farther into the area. Check the escalating threat and your remaining healing as you fight. Turn back to the Seedling or Vestige, or shift back to Axiom when the sweep’s risk begins to rise. Spend Vigor through Upgrade Character when you can use a level; rest at the checkpoint to restore resources and reset enemies. Farming tips Choose an exit point before descending so you are not deciding under pressure. Leave the large moth and its possible reinforcements alone if they would make your return unsafe. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable using rested Vestige or Seedling resets. The Umbral bonus increases earnings, but threat escalation and enemy rewards vary.
Common mistakes Staying until the threat overwhelms the route: leave while you still have healing and a clear escape. Assuming the multiplier makes every fight worthwhile: skip enemies whose risk outweighs the Vigor you collect. Resting with unspent Vigor and treating it as banked: spend it through Upgrade Character before taking another risky run. When to stop or switch Exit Umbral when danger rises, healing runs low, the route is no longer controlled, or you have enough Vigor for your planned level or purchase.
