WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Knowledge skill menu and Worktable at the Workshop.
This is a targeted skill investment for players who regularly convert Dew at the Worktable. Reach the specified level before processing a large stockpile if conserving Dew is more valuable than spending those knowledge points elsewhere. Check the skill menu and Worktable recipe in your own game to confirm the current unlock state.

A current need for Water to justify conversion.
Open the Knowledge menu and inspect the Water Conservation skill path.
Confirm the point cost and prerequisites displayed for level 3.
Invest enough points to reach Water Conservation level 3 if the tradeoff suits your workshop plan.
Collect Dew from your Workshop collectors and bring it to the Worktable.
Select the Water recipe and check the current Dew requirement displayed by the station.
Craft only the Water needed for your tank or immediate workload.
Compare the remaining Dew reserve with upcoming crop and machine demand before converting more.
Farming tips
Invest before a large conversion session so the level 3 reduction applies to the crafting you plan to do afterward.
If another skill is more urgent, keep collecting Dew and postpone conversion until your priorities change.
Repeat, collect and use
The skill investment is a one-time progression choice. Dew collection and Worktable Water crafting can be repeated; the reduced Dew cost applies when the skill is active.
Common mistakes
Spending points without checking the level requirement can leave the discount unavailable; confirm level 3 in the menu.
Converting a large reserve before investing misses the opportunity to use the reduced recipe cost; plan the order of operations.
Assuming the skill creates Water without Dew is incorrect; it reduces the crafting cost but does not replace the input.
When to stop or switch
Stop investing once level 3 is active; switch to another skill and use the improved recipe only as water demand warrants.
