WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Breach monsters and Clasped Hands in Atlas maps; spend collected Splinters at the Realmgate.
Breach Splinters collected in maps are used to open Xesht’s encounter at the Realmgate. The entry amount depends on the tier offered, so check the current interface before spending your stack. Activate Breaches, clear their monsters, gather drops, and repeat. Splinter drops vary, and older directions involving a combined Breachstone may not match the recorded current route. Keep this farm focused on boss access; Catalysts and Rings are separate possible rewards.
Have sufficient clear speed and defenses for Breach encounters.
Keep collected Splinters until you choose a boss tier.
Prepare for a pinnacle boss before spending the entry cost.
Choose a reachable map with Breach, or add it with an eligible Precursor Tablet.
Open the map and activate the purple Breach hand.
Clear monsters within the expanding area and interact with Clasped Hands when safe.
Collect Splinters and finish the map if it remains manageable.
Repeat Breach maps and keep the Splinters together in your inventory or stash.
Visit the Realmgate and inspect the available Xesht tiers and displayed costs.
Select a tier you are prepared to attempt and spend the listed amount.
Farming tips
Use the Realmgate display to check the current cost before committing fragments.
Keep this collection loop distinct from accessory farming: the target output is boss access.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat Breach maps until you can pay the displayed cost for your chosen tier. Drops vary, and another attempt requires another listed cost.
Common mistakes
Assuming an old fixed fragment total; check the current Realmgate options.
Spending your stack without considering tier difficulty; pick an attempt your character can handle.
Leaving without checking the encounter area for drops; collect nearby Splinters and rewards before exiting.
When to stop or switch
Stop farming when you have the displayed cost for your intended tier. If you are not ready for Xesht, keep the Splinters and return after improving your character.
