Where to farm
Species habitats across the valley; each animal’s own entry determines where and how to find it.
Work from the animal’s species entry instead of approaching every wild herd the same way. First learn the species, then meet its specific habitat and interaction conditions. Once domesticated, invite it to the village if you want to begin caring for it there.

Choose a target animal and read its species entry for habitat and domestication conditions.
Travel to its listed habitat and locate the species there.
Observe the animal until its species knowledge is registered.
Prepare the food, tool, or interaction required by that species.
Meet the listed conditions rather than chasing or interacting at random.
Confirm the domestication result in game before moving on.
Invite the animal to its village habitat if you want to care for it and pursue its products.
Farming tips
Species conditions differ; use the target animal’s entry to plan each attempt.
Separate learning the species from completing domestication: observation is a prerequisite, not proof that the animal is ready.
Repeat, collect and use
Domestication is a limited success for each animal you bring into the village; finding and working with other wild animals can be repeated for additional species, subject to their conditions.

When to stop or switch
