WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Forest biome paths, clearings, and water edges around the village.
Make a purposeful forest sweep for visible wild plants, with inventory space reserved for unfamiliar items. Seed-bearing plants are valuable even when you are not ready to plant: their discovery can later unlock repeat seed purchases at the nursery.
Handaxe for harvestable wild plants that require it.
Open inventory space for unfamiliar forage and seeds.
A seed pouch for storing seed discoveries.
Enter the Forest and walk its accessible paths and clearings, checking visible plant patches as you go.
Harvest plants you can collect and check each unfamiliar result in your inventory and seed pouch.
Keep any newly found crop seed instead of spending or selling it immediately.
Note which crop the seed belongs to and its listed season before returning to the farm.
Plant a new seed when its season and a farmable tile line up.
After unlocking the Plant Nursery, check Igrork’s stock for discovered crops you want to grow in quantity.
Bring first discoveries toward the village contribution or collection goal that currently needs them.
Farming tips
Keep one unfamiliar seed until you have planted it or confirmed you can restock it; discovery precedes nursery purchases.
Forage with a goal in mind, such as one new crop seed or a named contribution, so a full inventory does not crowd out useful finds.
Repeat, collect and use
The search for new seed types is limited by the crops you have not yet discovered. Foraging for available plants can be repeated, but do not assume a specific plant or seed appears on every visit.
Common mistakes
Selling an unfamiliar seed before registering the crop: retain it until you know its use.
Treating all forage as crop seed: check the item rather than assuming it can be planted.
Searching without inventory space: clear room first so a useful discovery is not missed.
When to stop or switch
Stop the sweep when you have the needed discovery or contribution and your inventory is filling; return to plant, store, or turn in the items.
