WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Player-built rooms on planets, with a Tenant Deed placed after the room meets its tenant requirements.
Build a suitable room, furnish it to match a tenant’s requirements, then place a Tenant Deed to recruit a resident. Rent depends on the tenant and the planet’s tier, and can be paid as Pixels or items. Treat each room as a small ongoing collection point and preserve the furnishings that satisfy its requirements.
Before you go Building blocks and furniture appropriate to the intended tenant’s request. A Tenant Deed for the room. A planet where you can safely build and return to collect rent. Storage for rent items if the tenant pays in goods. Choose a safe planet and build an enclosed room with the size and layout needed for the tenant you want. Read the Tenant Deed or room requirements and place the requested furniture and objects inside. Place the Deed only after the room is furnished; check that a tenant moves in successfully. Keep the room and its qualifying objects intact so the resident continues to use the space. Return to the tenant’s room and interact with the rent notice or collection point when rent is available. Collect Pixels or item rewards and move them to storage or use them for your current goals. If adding another tenant, prepare a separate suitable room and Deed rather than altering an occupied room. Farming tips Higher-tier planet locations can affect tenant rent amounts and the tier of certain generated item rewards. Check the requested furniture set before construction so you do not build a room that fails to attract the intended tenant. Repeat, collect and use Rent is a recurring collection while the tenant and qualifying room remain in place; individual collections are not a guaranteed fixed item reward.
Common mistakes Placing a Deed in an unfinished or unsuitable room; meet the room requirements first. Removing furniture after the tenant arrives; preserve the room setup that satisfied the deed. Expecting identical rewards from all tenants; rent may be Pixels or items and depends on tenant and location. When to stop or switch Stop adding rooms when rent covers your ongoing currency or item needs; leave active tenant rooms intact if you want future collections.
