Where to farm
Any accessible fishing location with a fish available under the current season, weather, and time conditions.
Practice steady bar control on a valid target fish, keep the fish icon inside the green area throughout, and retain catches that advance a collection goal.
A fish target whose conditions match the current day.
Inventory space for catches.
Choose a fish that is available at the current location and under today’s conditions.
Cast into the water and wait for the bite signal.
Start the minigame promptly and locate the fish icon and green control bar.
Use short, deliberate presses to raise the green bar; avoid holding long enough to build excessive momentum.
Track the fish’s movement and adjust gradually so the icon remains inside the green area.
Continue until the progress meter fills without the fish leaving the bar to earn a perfect catch.
Check the fish quality and collection record, then store required catches before selling extras.
Farming tips
The green bar accelerates and takes time to reverse; easing off early helps avoid overshooting.
A perfect catch can raise silver or gold fish quality by one grade and gives 2.4 times the Fishing experience.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat for practice on later bites. Perfect catches depend on keeping the fish inside the bar for the entire minigame and are not guaranteed for every fish.
Common mistakes
Holding the control continuously and overshooting; use short presses and let momentum settle.
Chasing the fish with abrupt reversals; anticipate direction changes and make smaller adjustments.
Selling a first required catch before recording its use; keep bundle and collection targets in storage.
