Where to farm

Great Forge challenge choices presented between waves; the War Chest can be claimed between waves.

Use this guide to make each Great Forge challenge choice serve a specific plan. Available rewards can add Reapersmith Spirits or affect Goldus and equipment quality in the War Chest; some Greater Rewards can alter its contents. These options vary, so inspect the card rather than assuming a particular resource can be targeted every run. Decide what you need before entering, adapt to the choices presented, and collect the War Chest when you are ready to end the expedition. This method is about choosing among the run’s actual options, not following a fixed reward order.

How to farm

Before you go

Unlock the Great Forge through Cory Ironbender and travel there through Palstrang.
Choose one main goal, such as Goldus, equipment quality, or Reaper progression.
Bring a build suited to the challenges you are prepared to accept.

Set the goal for this run before entering the Forge.
Clear a wave and read the full text of each challenge option.
Select a challenge whose stated reward advances that goal, if one is offered.
Check whether the challenge changes the War Chest or awards another type of reward.
After each wave, reassess the new options and your build’s condition.
Claim the War Chest between waves when you want to end the run; claiming ends it.
Use the collected output on the purchase, gear, or Reaper upgrade you chose.

Farming tips

Cards and Greater Rewards vary; treat their displayed effects as the current options.
Goldus Find does not work in the Forge, so choose an explicit Forge reward if Goldus is your target.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeatable. Each run offers a changing selection, and claiming the chest ends that run.

Common mistakes

Assuming a Slorm reward card will appear is unsupported; adapt to the actual options.
Taking a challenge for its label without reading its full effect can redirect chest contents; review the description first.
Trying to pursue every reward goal at once scatters your choices; prioritize one main need.

When to stop or switch

Claim the chest when the available rewards have advanced your goal enough or the next wave’s risk is no longer worthwhile.
