WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
A Mapworks Portal offering the version of a campaign dungeon whose boss you have already encountered.
When you want another attempt at a campaign boss, use a Mapworks Portal that leads to that boss rather than waiting for campaign story progression to bring you back. The portal route gives you a repeat encounter and a chance to collect general gear from the dungeon and boss reward area. It is not a named-item farm with a confirmed drop table. Use the run to pursue useful upgrades, sell or sort the rest, and return only while the route remains efficient for your build.
Unlock Mapworks Portals during campaign progression.
Identify an available portal connected to the boss route you want to replay.
Bring a build that can survive the dungeon and boss encounter.
Review the available Mapworks Portal destination before entering.
Choose the route for the previously encountered boss you want to fight again.
Clear the dungeon toward the boss instead of abandoning the route midway.
Defeat the boss, then open or inspect the reward area and collect useful drops.
Compare the loot against your equipment and keep, equip, or dispose of items accordingly.
If you want another attempt, enter another suitable portal or reopen the route when available.
Farming tips
A boss replay can provide general loot opportunities; it does not establish that a particular item drops there.
Choose a boss you can defeat consistently so repeated attempts do not turn into a costly recovery loop.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable when the relevant portal route or scroll can be accessed again; no item drop is guaranteed per run.
Common mistakes
Assuming the requested item is tied to that boss: the available facts support replay and loot, not a boss-specific drop guarantee.
Entering an unrelated portal: check the destination before committing to the run.
Continuing a poor route indefinitely: compare the time and difficulty with another available boss or activity.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the desired upgrade appears, the route becomes inefficient, or your goal requires a different activity such as Contracts or Fazeer progression.
