Where to farm
Season 12 Chaos Dungeon maps and their boss encounters.
Chaos Dungeon is the central repeatable route for Season 12 farming. Choose a map that matches your character's clear speed and survivability, defeat its boss, and collect the displayed drops. While progressing, you may encounter Traces of Time for Zodiac Stones and Emotions; Memory Rune (Time) plus Chaos Points can guarantee it when available. Dungeon bosses also provide the Agony Key needed for Agony Wave. This makes each run useful for several goals, but the specific drop mix is not guaranteed, so prioritize the reward you are currently pursuing.
Have a build and gear suitable for the map tier you select.
Carry Memory Rune (Time) and Chaos Points if targeting a guaranteed Constellation event.
Have inventory space for dungeon rewards and possible Agony Keys.
Open Chaos Dungeon and review the map choices available to your character.
Select a tier you can clear reliably rather than one that risks repeated deaths or incomplete runs.
If Zodiac rewards are a priority, enable the guaranteed Traces of Time event with Memory Rune (Time) and Chaos Points.
Progress through the map, clearing encounters and completing the event if it appears.
Defeat the Chaos Dungeon boss and inspect rewards for an Agony Key.
Collect the drops shown by the activity, including Zodiac rewards when earned.
Return to town and sort useful gear, materials, and keys before selecting the next run.
Farming tips
Match the map tier to your actual clear pace; more difficult content is useful only if you can finish it efficiently.
Choose one main target per session—Zodiac event, keys, or general drops—to guide your resource spending.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable. Individual event appearances and reward drops can vary, and the guaranteed Constellation option consumes Chaos Points and Memory Rune (Time).
Common mistakes
Assuming every run contains the Constellation event: use the guarantee option when you need focused event access.
Ignoring the boss while farming general monsters: bosses are the stated source of Agony Keys.
Choosing a tier you cannot clear consistently: lower the tier until completion is reliable.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your target resource is sufficient, your inventory needs sorting, or the map tier no longer offers a practical clear for your build.
