WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Mission maps: resource pickups and caches along the main route and reachable side areas; Hadron’s Shrine for spending.
Plasteel and Diamantine are found during missions and spent at the Shrine of the Omnissiah. Build a collection habit by checking accessible branches and caches while the team is safe, collecting pickups before extraction, and completing the mission to bank gathered resources. Pickup placement can vary, so search the current map instead of following a memorized route. Once back aboard the Mourningstar, use the materials for Consecration or another available Shrine action.
Agree who will check side branches when the squad has breathing room.
Have an equipment upgrade or crafting action in mind for the Shrine.
Launch a mission and stay with the team as it advances the objectives.
When the area is controlled, check open side rooms and visible branches for resource pickups.
Call out Plasteel or Diamantine so teammates can collect it before the group moves on.
Avoid splitting into an unsafe area; resume searching when teammates can cover the route.
Collect caches encountered along the way and return to the mission objectives.
Complete the mission and check that the resources have been credited.
At Hadron’s Shrine, spend the materials on Consecration or another available crafting action.
Farming tips
Assign one player to scan side branches only when it is safe for the squad to regroup.
Treat pickup placement as variable and search the paths the current mission exposes.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat on missions whenever you need more materials. The farm is repeatable, but the amount found varies with available pickups; finishing the mission banks what you collected.
Common mistakes
Rushing past a visible cache: pause for a safe pickup sweep before leaving an area.
Splitting up under pressure: search side rooms only when teammates can cover the route.
Leaving pickups until after extraction: collect them during the mission before completing the exit.
When to stop or switch
Stop searching side areas when the route becomes unsafe or the objective requires moving on; stop farming once your next Shrine action is funded.
