Where to farm
Sire Melk’s contract board and Requisitorium aboard the Mourningstar.
Sire Melk’s contract board turns selected weekly objectives into a distinct currency used for his special equipment stock. Tasks can include collecting Plasteel or Diamantine, gathering Scriptures or Grimoires, and killing monstrosities. Start by checking the live contract list, then choose objectives that overlap with missions you already plan to play. After completing the listed tasks, claim the available contract reward and inspect Melk’s stock before spending.
Unlock Sire Melk and weekly contracts for your character.
Check the active list and read each objective’s requirements.
Have access to missions that can advance the selected objectives.
Visit Melk’s contract board and read the current weekly objectives.
Choose contracts that fit your planned missions, such as collecting materials or completing side objectives.
Launch missions that satisfy the relevant requirements and track progress during play.
Pick up Plasteel or Diamantine encountered during runs if a collection contract is active.
Complete Scripture or Grimoire objectives only when the mission and team can support the search.
Return to Melk and verify which contracts are complete.
Claim the available weekly currency, then inspect the Requisitorium for equipment that suits your character.

Choose objectives that overlap so you do not need to detour from every planned mission.
Contract requirements and Melk’s stock can change; check the live board before grinding or buying.
Repeat, collect and use
Contracts refresh weekly. Complete the currently offered objectives and claim that cycle’s reward; an already completed objective does not keep paying within the same cycle.
Common mistakes
Assuming a fixed contract list: inspect the live board at the start of the cycle.
Grinding an objective after it is complete: check progress and switch to remaining contracts.
Confusing Melk’s currency with Dockets or crafting materials: spend the contract payout at his Requisitorium.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the current weekly reward is claimed and no remaining objective is worth pursuing for the available stock.
