WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Post-campaign mission list and map in the base game; each endgame system has its own introduction or access check.
After the credits, check the mission list and map for postgame introductions. The systems have separate access steps; completing one does not mean every other activity is ready. Use the mission objectives to unlock the features you want, then verify access in the relevant menu or activity panel. These introductions are progression tasks, while the systems they open may offer repeatable or rotating activities.
Open the postgame mission list and accept available endgame introductions.
Bring a campaign-ready build for the encounters those missions require.
After the credits, open the mission list and note which postgame introductions are available.
Complete the Ultimate Vault Hunter introduction when offered, then check the UVH challenge or mode access in-game.
Complete the Firmware introduction to access gear Firmware transfer features.
Complete Maurice’s Bounty introduction and verify access to Maurice’s Black Market.
Complete the Big Encore introduction and check the boss rematch machine for its available options.
Complete the Wildcard Missions introduction and confirm the weekly activity appears on the ECHO map.
Choose a newly available activity that matches your current gear or progression goal.
Farming tips
Treat each introduction as its own unlock; verify the feature in its menu or at its machine after finishing.
Firmware transfer destroys the donor item and only works between gear of the same type, so inspect both pieces first.
Repeat, collect and use
The introduction missions are one-time progression. Some unlocked activities repeat, and weekly activities rotate; check their current in-game availability before planning a run.
Common mistakes
Assuming credits alone make every endgame feature available: check for the relevant introduction and verify access.
Treating the four feature introductions as one guaranteed sequence: complete the missions actually offered in your postgame list.
Transferring Firmware without checking the donor: confirm gear type and accept that the donor is destroyed.
When to stop or switch
Stop the unlock checklist when the systems you intend to use are available in-game; then move to the matching activity or progression challenge.
