WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Davis at Home Base selects unlocked Depths destinations; Den of Darkness is the first map from Shang at Outer Crossroads in Ruined City Underground.
Depths are optional, replayable dungeons reached through Davis after you find and deliver their maps. Their branches contain enemies and route keys, while a central locked route leads to the main boss. Clearing enemies and bosses gives you a way to collect Haze while pursuing dungeon rewards. Start with Den of Darkness, which Shang provides, and choose a Depths map whose difficulty and rewards suit your progress. There is no universal Haze total for a clear, so treat this as a flexible run where you gather Haze along the route rather than chasing an invented payout.
Visit Shang at Outer Crossroads after reaching Home Base and obtain Map: Den of Darkness.
Deliver the map to Davis at Home Base to unlock the destination.
Carry a build and healing supply suitable for the dungeon’s enemy groups and boss.
Speak with Davis and choose Head to the Depths, then select an unlocked map.
Start at the central Mistle and note the locked boss route before branching out.
Explore a branch, defeat its enemies, and collect its key and items.
Continue through the other branches needed to obtain the remaining route keys.
Return to the central area and open the boss route once you have its keys.
Defeat the boss, collecting the Haze and dungeon rewards along the way.
Return to Davis or the central Mistle and choose whether to replay, change maps, or spend your Haze.
Farming tips
If a dungeon is too hard, leave it for later; Depths do not scale with your character.
Check the specific boss or map reward before repeating if a material is your main goal.
Repeat, collect and use
Depths destinations can be replayed. Haze depends on enemies and bosses defeated; map pickups and one-time collectibles should not be counted as recurring rewards.
Common mistakes
Entering a boss route without gathering the branch keys: clear the side paths first and return to the hub.
Expecting every map to yield the same material: target a named map and reward, especially for rare upgrade metals.
Carrying a large Haze balance through a difficult first clear: spend it at a Mistle before continuing if a level is available.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have the Haze or dungeon reward you need, or switch to a more suitable map if the current route is costing too many healing items.
