Where to farm
The keep ruins building corridor on the Road of Sacrifices before the Crystal Sage encounter.
A Crystal Lizard in the long corridor leading toward Crystal Sage drops a Crystal Gem. This is a single location-specific hunt, not an unlimited farming loop. Kill the lizard before it escapes and collect the Gem, then bring Sage’s Coal to Andre if you want to unlock Crystal infusion. The infusion adds Magic damage and Intelligence scaling, so check the target weapon before using the Gem.
Reach the Road of Sacrifices and access the keep ruins corridor.
Have an attack ready to catch the fleeing Crystal Lizard.
Bring Sage’s Coal to Andre to unlock Crystal infusion.
Choose a weapon that benefits from Intelligence scaling.
Travel through the keep ruins toward the Crystal Sage approach.
Search the long corridor for the Crystal Lizard and approach without letting it reach an escape route.
Attack promptly to defeat it before it disappears.
Collect the Crystal Gem and confirm it is in your inventory.
If the lizard escapes, reload the area and return to the same corridor for another attempt.
Take Sage’s Coal to Andre if Crystal infusion is not yet unlocked.
Review the weapon’s infusion result and apply the Gem at Andre if it matches your build.
Farming tips
The lizard’s drop is tied to its location; another Crystal Lizard may provide a different material.
Crystal infusion changes damage and scaling, so compare the result before committing the Gem.
Repeat, collect and use
The lizard provides a limited location-specific reward. If it escapes, reload the area and retry; the Gem is consumed when used for an infusion.
Common mistakes
Searching the wrong corridor: the target is in the route toward Crystal Sage.
Attacking too slowly and letting the lizard escape: use a quick attack as soon as it is in range.
Expecting Crystal infusion without Sage’s Coal: give the coal to Andre first.
When to stop or switch
Stop after collecting the Gem, or after applying it to the intended weapon; pursue a different lizard only if you need another specifically identified drop.
