Act-specific bounty materials

Each Act’s bounty cache supplies its distinct crafting material, needed for several Kanai’s Cube recipes and crafted gear.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Adventure Mode bounty boards and the Horadric Cache reward from Tyrael in each Act’s town.

Bounties are the repeatable route for the five Act-specific crafting materials in Reaper of Souls Adventure Mode. Completing all five bounties in an Act earns that Act’s Horadric Cache. Finish the activity at a difficulty your build can handle, then claim the cache from Tyrael in town; the material is tied to the Act whose bounties you completed.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Reaper of Souls Adventure Mode unlocked.
  • A character that can complete the selected Act’s five listed bounties.
  • An identified Cube recipe or crafting plan that uses the Act material you are collecting.
  1. Open the Adventure Mode map and inspect the bounty lists for each Act.
  2. Choose the Act whose material matches your planned Cube recipe or crafting cost.
  3. Travel to each bounty location and complete its displayed objective.
  4. Return to the Act’s town after all five bounties are marked complete.
  5. Speak to Tyrael and collect the Act’s Horadric Cache.
  6. Open the cache and confirm the material is in your inventory or materials panel.
  7. Repeat with another Act when a different recipe calls for its material.

Farming tips

  • Cache contents depend on the difficulty on which you completed the bounties, so set the difficulty before starting the full set.
  • If you have a group, players can split across Acts and complete separate bounty sets to gather different Act materials.

Repeat, collect and use

Bounties can be repeated indefinitely. Each completed five-bounty set yields a cache for that Act; there is no one-time reward limit.

Common mistakes

  • Completing only some of an Act’s bounties: the cache is awarded for all five. Track the board until every objective is done.
  • Opening a cache in a higher difficulty town and expecting improved contents: completion difficulty determines its contents. Choose the setting before the run.
  • Farming an arbitrary Act: check the Cube recipe first, then collect the material from the matching Act cache.

When to stop or switch

Stop when you have the required amount of that Act’s material for your planned recipe; switch to the relevant other Act if a different material is now the bottleneck.
