Use the Survival Constructor recipe interface to process Plant Protein into Energy Bars. Check the current recipe before queuing, since this guide does not assume a fixed ingredient quantity.
Repeat the recipe whenever you collect enough Plant Protein for another batch, using the displayed requirements each time. The process can continue as long as you have ingredients and constructor access.
Stop processing when you have enough portable food for your next outing or have used the Plant Protein you intend to convert.
