WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
A Garden plot on the Ranch, planted with the favorite crop of the slime you intend to feed.
A Garden turns a ranch plot into a crop source that you can harvest and feed directly to slimes. The useful target is a crop that matches the slime’s listed favorite: for example, Rock Slimes favor Heart Beet and Honey Slimes favor Mint Mango. Keep replacement seed stock or buy another seed after harvesting, because a crop harvest does not automatically replant the plot.
A target slime whose favorite food is identified in the Slimepedia.
A corral or accessible slime group to receive the harvest.
Choose the slime you want to feed and confirm its favorite food in the Slimepedia.
Select a Garden plot near that slime’s corral to shorten the feed-and-collect routine.
Plant a seed for the matching crop; use Heart Beet for Rock Slimes or Mint Mango for Honey Slimes.
Wait until the crop matures, then harvest it from the Garden.
Carry the crop to the target slime and feed it rather than mixing it into general food storage.
Collect the additional plorts and keep the amount needed for any recipe before selling.
Replant from retained seed stock or purchase a replacement seed to continue the crop supply.
Farming tips
Place the Garden where you can collect crops and reach the intended corral without crossing the ranch repeatedly.
Keep a spare seed or plan a replacement purchase before harvesting the last planted crop.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable while you replant or replace seeds and harvest mature crops; each harvest is a collection cycle, not a self-replanting source.
Common mistakes
Planting a convenient crop that is not the slime’s favorite: check the Slimepedia and switch to the listed favorite.
Expecting seeds to come back after harvest: retain seed stock or buy a replacement before the plot is empty.
Harvesting without a feeding target: decide which corral gets the crop so the favorite-food benefit is not wasted.
When to stop or switch
Stop producing a crop once its target corral has enough food for the next feeding; switch the Garden to a different favorite if your ranch priorities change.
