WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

A Ranch Garden plot growing Mint Mango, paired with a Honey Slime corral for feeding and plort collection.

Use a Ranch Garden to support a Honey Slime corral. Honey Slimes favor Mint Mango, so growing the fruit at home gives you a renewable feeding supply after you have obtained planting stock. Harvest it, feed the corral, collect Honey Plorts, and preserve enough fruit to continue the cycle. This is a ranch food and plort routine, distinct from collecting wild fruit during a Moss Blanket trip.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • A Garden plot and Mint Mango planting stock.
  • Honey Slimes in a corral with space to collect their plorts.
  • A reserved portion of each harvest for future feeding.
  1. Set aside an accessible Ranch plot for a Garden.
  2. Plant Mint Mango using planting stock you have obtained.
  3. Wait for the crop to mature, then harvest the fruit.
  4. Reserve a portion of the harvest for the next Honey Slime feeding.
  5. Feed Mint Mango to the Honey Slimes in their corral.
  6. Vacuum the resulting Honey Plorts and store recipe quantities separately from plorts intended for sale.
  7. Replant with available stock or obtain more planting stock to continue producing fruit.

Farming tips

  • Keep Mint Mango for Honey Slimes when you want their favorite-food feeding loop; use other available food for slimes that accept it.
  • Maintain a separate plort reserve for Slime Science so market sales do not use materials you need.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat planting, harvesting, feeding, and plort collection while you can maintain Mint Mango planting stock and the Honey Slime corral.

Common mistakes

  • Spending the whole crop before feeding: keep a portion for the next corral visit.
  • Expecting harvested fruit to supply planting stock automatically: retain stock or obtain more before replanting.
  • Selling all Honey Plorts at once: check recipe needs and reserve the amount required for crafting.

When to stop or switch

Stop or reduce the crop when your Honey Plort recipe and sale goals are met, or switch the plot to another crop you need.
