WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Reishi Mushroom nodes in regions where they appear, followed by a Tannery at your base.
Reishi Leather is a processed material made from Reishi Mushrooms at a Tannery. First confirm that the recipe needs Reishi Leather, then collect mushrooms from their nodes and bring them back for processing. This chain is separate from making leather from creature hides, so keep the raw mushrooms and finished leather clearly sorted.
A reachable Reishi Mushroom node and gear for its surrounding hazards.
Inventory space for mushrooms and other gathered items.
A Tannery with access to the Reishi Leather recipe.
A recipe target for the finished leather.
Check the Tannery recipe list and confirm Reishi Leather is the required item.
Choose a Reishi Mushroom node in a region you can safely reach.
Travel with enough inventory space for mushrooms and incidental materials.
Harvest the Reishi Mushrooms at the node and verify the pickup in your inventory.
Return to base when you have enough for the intended craft or your pack is filling.
At the Tannery, select the Reishi Leather recipe and process the mushrooms.
Move the finished leather to the storage or crafting station where it is needed.
Keep any unprocessed mushrooms separate if another recipe may need them.
Farming tips
Reishi Leather and Snake Leather are distinct outputs; match the recipe name exactly.
Check station access before the trip so gathered mushrooms can be processed when you return.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat node collection and Tannery processing when more Reishi Leather is needed. No fixed respawn interval or yield is assumed; use available nodes and actual stock.
Common mistakes
Taking mushrooms to a recipe that needs Snake Leather: check the exact output name first.
Leaving without Tannery access: confirm the processing station is available before gathering.
Processing every mushroom without checking other needs: retain a raw reserve if required.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the intended recipe has enough Reishi Leather; collect again only if this material remains the bottleneck.
