Use Titan Hunt minerals to fill a recipe shortage

Gather randomized Titan Hunt minerals to cover a specific Blacksmith recipe gap when a fixed Void Fields pool is not the route you are using.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Titan Hunt mode, collecting the mineral rewards available in the selected run. Mineral types are randomized rather than fixed by map.

Titan Hunt mineral types are randomized, unlike the fixed map-specific material sets in Void Fields. That makes the mode useful as a flexible supplementary source when a Blacksmith recipe needs minerals and you are willing to collect what the run offers. This guide focuses on the mineral output rather than a Titan-specific fragment target. Before entering, check the recipe and identify the minerals you lack. During the run, collect available mineral rewards and deposits while progressing toward completion; do not assume a particular mineral will appear. Afterward, compare your inventory with the recipe and decide whether another Titan Hunt run is worthwhile or whether a fixed-pool Void Fields map is a better match. Use collected minerals at the Blacksmith for the planned craft or upgrade.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Unlock Titan Hunt.
  • Have a Blacksmith recipe or upgrade with a known mineral shortage.
  • Bring a build that can progress through the selected Titan Hunt encounter.
  1. Open the Blacksmith and inspect the intended weapon recipe or upgrade.
  2. Record which required minerals you lack and how much more the displayed recipe requires.
  3. Select Titan Hunt and review the encounter setup before entering.
  4. Progress through the run and collect mineral rewards that appear along the way.
  5. Defeat enemies and continue toward the Titan while taking accessible mineral opportunities.
  6. Complete the encounter and collect its available rewards.
  7. Return to the fortress and compare your mineral inventory with the recipe requirements.
  8. Craft or upgrade the weapon if the shortage is covered; otherwise choose the next farm based on the remaining minerals.

Farming tips

  • Treat each Titan Hunt run as a mixed, uncertain mineral haul; use Void Fields when you need a predictable map-specific set.
  • Check recipe costs before starting so incidental minerals do not distract from the actual shortage.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat Titan Hunt while its available mineral rewards are useful for your outstanding recipe needs. The mineral mix is randomized, so check inventory after every run; spend collected minerals at the Blacksmith once requirements are met.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting a fixed mineral set: Titan Hunt randomizes mineral types, so do not plan around a guaranteed item.
  • Farming without a recipe target: inspect Blacksmith costs first and compare the haul afterward.
  • Continuing after the upgrade is funded: craft it, then reassess the next missing resource.

When to stop or switch

Stop when you have enough of the needed minerals for the displayed recipe, or switch to a fixed Void Fields map if the remaining shortage calls for a specific mineral set.
