Strawberry Regrowth

Strawberries provide repeated harvests after maturity, making them a useful seasonal crop when seeds are available early enough to benefit from the remaining growing time.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Tilled outdoor farm plots during Spring; Strawberry Seeds are sold at the Egg Festival.

Acquire Strawberry Seeds at the Egg Festival, plant them in Spring, and keep the plants watered for recurring harvests through the season.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Strawberry Seeds obtained at the Egg Festival or another valid source.
  • Spring field space and daily watering access.
  • Storage for repeated harvests and any produce reserved for gifts or processing.
  1. Plan to attend the Egg Festival and buy Strawberry Seeds if strawberries fit your Spring goal.
  2. Return to the farm and plant seeds in prepared, fertilized plots if using fertilizer.
  3. Water the plants on planting day and every day afterward unless sprinklers cover them.
  4. Allow the plants to mature, counting growth nights after the planting day.
  5. Harvest ripe strawberries and leave the plants in place rather than clearing them after the first picking.
  6. Continue watering and check the plants for later harvests while Spring remains.
  7. Store strawberries needed for gifts, processing, or other goals and ship the rest.

Farming tips

  • Festival timing means later planting leaves less season for repeated harvests; plan around the remaining Spring days.
  • Sprinkler coverage can help maintain a larger patch, but verify every plant is on a watered tile.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat each Spring if you can obtain seeds. Each mature plant can produce again after harvest while it remains in season and is watered.

Common mistakes

  • Removing plants after the first harvest; strawberries regrow, so leave them standing.
  • Failing to water after picking; regrowth depends on continued crop care.
  • Buying seeds without checking how much Spring remains; late planting reduces the opportunity for repeat harvests.

When to stop or switch

Stop planting when too little Spring remains for the plants to mature; keep existing plants watered until the season ends.
