Named enemies can yield Sealed Caches and contaminated gear, but loot collected in the Dark Zone must be extracted before it can be used outside it.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Named enemy groups and landmarks in the Dark Zone areas of Manhattan.
This route combines enemy farming with extraction risk. Hunt in a DZ bracket suited to your gear, collect caches and contaminated items, then secure them at an extraction rope before returning to the Base of Operations to process them.
Reach the Dark Zone and be equipped for its enemy bracket.
Carry a combat loadout that can handle hostile factions and possible player encounters.
Know a nearby extraction point before collecting contaminated loot.
Enter a Dark Zone bracket that matches your Gear Score and check the map for extraction locations.
Move between nearby landmarks or named enemy groups, using cover to clear each encounter.
Collect Sealed Caches and any contaminated gear that drops.
When your bag contains loot you want, travel to a suitable extraction point.
Call the helicopter and defend the extraction area until the rope arrives.
Attach your contaminated items to the rope and remain alert until the extraction completes.
Return to the Base of Operations and open your secured caches or equip processed gear.
Farming tips
Plan the extraction before your bag is full, since other agents can contest the rope or attack you.
Do not confuse a Sealed Cache with ordinary safe inventory; secure Dark Zone loot through extraction.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable while you are willing to risk another DZ run. Named enemy drops are not guaranteed, and each contaminated haul must be extracted separately.
Common mistakes
Leaving contaminated loot in the DZ; attach it to an extraction rope before trying to use it elsewhere.
Calling extraction only after reaching a crowded or exposed point; choose a location and approach with a plan.
Carrying more loot than you are prepared to defend; extract earlier when the bag holds the item you want.
When to stop or switch
Stop after the desired cache or gear has been extracted, or if player pressure and bag value make another landmark run too risky.
