WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
A Toussaint Hanse base for bandit weapons, followed by Beauclair merchants and Lafargue’s workshop.
Grandmaster materials can be costly, and Hanse bandits carry weapons that can be sold for crowns. In Blood and Wine, clear ordinary bandits at a Hanse base while leaving the leader alive; after leaving and returning, the camp can repopulate. Sell the weapons in Beauclair and use the proceeds to buy missing components from Lafargue or another appropriate merchant. Keep rare monster parts that your gear recipes require, because crowns do not replace every component. The loop joins combat loot with a concrete crafting budget.
Mont Crane Castle Hanse base in Toussaint. Leave its leader alive to retain the repeatable weapon-loot farm.
GET STARTED
How to farm
Before you go
Own Blood and Wine and reach Toussaint.
Identify the Hanse base leader and leave him alive during the farm.
Carry inventory capacity for weapons and know the component needed for your chosen recipe.
Have access to Beauclair merchants and Lafargue.
Choose the Grandmaster gear piece you want and inspect its material requirements at Lafargue.
Mark which components can be purchased and which monster-related parts you need to keep or deconstruct.
Travel to a Hanse base and identify its leader before fighting.
Defeat and loot ordinary bandits while keeping the leader alive.
Leave the base, travel away, and return to see whether its bandits have respawned.
Repeat the clear only while you need more saleable weapons; stop before killing the leader.
Sell surplus weapons in Beauclair and buy the missing materials for the selected recipe.
Farming tips
Keep the crafting recipe visible in your plan so the crowns go toward materials you actually need.
Preserve monster parts until you have checked which ones the recipe consumes.
Repeat, collect and use
Weapon collection can repeat while the Hanse leader remains alive and the bandits respawn. Selling and purchasing are repeatable, but the source is limited if you complete the base by killing its leader.
Common mistakes
Do not defeat the leader during the farming phase; that completes the location and ends the repeat loop.
Do not sell rare monster parts with the weapons before checking your Grandmaster recipe.
Do not assume weapon sales will cover every crafting input; some monster components require deconstruction.
When to stop or switch
Stop farming when you can afford the planned purchasable components, then switch to collecting or deconstructing the recipe’s remaining monster parts.
