Cluster Nobelisk acquisition

Use an Assembler with the Cluster Nobelisk recipe after unlocking it. Do not search for a Cluster Nobelisk deposit; this is a manufactured item.

Cluster Nobelisk is an explosive that separates into multiple smaller blasts, useful for clearing broad areas of vegetation and other obstacles. Its default recipe is made in an Assembler from Nobelisks and Smokeless Powder. Nobelisk supply is the main component bottleneck, while the recipe also depends on unlocking and producing Smokeless Powder.

GET STARTED

How to craft

Before you craft

  • Unlock the Cluster Nobelisk recipe and Assembler.
  • For one batch: 3 Nobelisks and 4 Smokeless Powder produce 1 Cluster Nobelisk.
  1. Produce or collect 3 Nobelisks for a batch.
  2. Produce or collect 4 Smokeless Powder and route it to the Assembler.
  3. Build and power an Assembler, then select Cluster Nobelisk.
  4. Connect both inputs and confirm the machine has the full recipe quantities available.
  5. Collect the output and equip it for clearing tasks where multiple smaller explosions are useful.
  6. Keep explosive stock stored safely and carry only what your task requires.

Crafting tips

  • At 100% clock, the recipe consumes 7.5 Nobelisks and 10 Smokeless Powder per minute, producing 2.5 Cluster Nobelisks per minute.
  • The recipe takes 24 seconds per batch.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat batches as required for a clearing job, monitoring both ingredients so neither backs up while the other runs out.

Common mistakes

  • Do not search for raw Cluster Nobelisk; it is assembled from two named ingredients.
  • Do not assume ordinary Nobelisks alone are enough; Smokeless Powder is also required.

When to stop or switch

Stop production when you have enough explosives for the task or either ingredient supply should be reserved for another line.
